Marc Márquez won more than enough and is positioned as the new world leader thanks to Rossi's past.

Finally Álex Rins climbed to fifth position, completing a magnificent comeback. Fourth has been Jack Miller and sixth Danilo petrucci, again quite far from his partner Dovizioso. Worse luck has had the other Suzuki, the Joan Mir, which has had to withdraw when shooting out of the points.

As for the rest of the Spanish, Jorge Lorenzo finally finished twelfth, taking advantage of the falls at the end, and salvaged some points. Aleix Espargaró has been ninth with the Aprilia and his brother Pol was tenth with the KTM, in two good performances. Viñales also finally scored, thirteenth after his fall in the last lap.
