The leaders have left even more leaders of the appointment than the Motocross World Championship has played this past weekend in the Czech Republic. The legendary Loket circuit has left as always exciting races in which Antonio Cairoli in MXGP and Pauls jonass in MX2 they have taken another step towards the title.
We take the sad side of the coin after the news of the death of Igor Cuharciuc in the 85 cc category of the European Motocross Championship, a rider whom everyone present wanted to honor on Czech soil.
Antonio Cairoli pulls chevrons for his 83rd win

When lowering the door of the first sleeve, Clement Desalle He quickly moved into first position, followed by a grown Tim Gajser eager to do well after getting back into action after many races in dry dock. The Slovenian put first and pulled hard.
From behind Gautier Paulin and his Husqvarna were Antonio Cairoli and Arnaud Tonus to the Desalle wake. Without bothering too much, the guys in the top five spent most of the test in those positions until Cairoli moved up and overtook Paulin.
A little further back in the standings, an always competitive Jeffrey herlings He was sweeping from ninth position and caught up with Tonus at the same time that Cairoli reached Desalle on the last lap. The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing guys gave it their all and Herlings made it past Tonus, Cairoli didn't.

To all this Gajser had escaped and he crossed the finish line in full swing, achieving his first victory since the last one he got in train and stating that he was "very happy because it has been a positive weekend after many weeks of suffering."
In the second sleeve it was Gajser the one who came up encouraged by the victory in the first round to get the holeshot. The Honda rider led the first five laps until Cairoli made a forceful overtake that brought Gajser down, who only one lap later was also overtaken by Desalle.
With Cairoli leading the test and Desalle second, Herlings joined the party stealing the third position from the current World Champion. Gajser finally couldn't do anything but hold the guy, finish in third place and finish the MXGP of the Czech Republic in third place.

No one could stop Antonio Cairoli and took the victory, number 83 in his sports career. Some numbers that overwhelm and even so the Italian continues to show excited with each achievement. "I am very happy to leave this GP with a new victory. I want to dedicate this victory to Igor, who left us yesterday. We are all with his family and we hope that these difficult moments will pass as soon as possible."
The second final place was awarded Clement Desallé with two second positions, while in third position he finished Tim gajser, very happy to be back on the podium.
