Finally! The action is back on track again at the MotoGP World Championship, in this case in the Indianapolis Circuit. It seems that we will stop seeing photos of drivers on their vacation along with humorless comments in gossip magazines and we can go back to focusing on the two wheels, which I think are more interesting.

With this break of almost a month (and our own vacations, those of the children, etc.) some will no longer remember very well how the championship was, so we are going to do a brief review to keep up to date with how they arrive at the tenth date of this season at Indianapolis Grand Prix. And, first of all, remember to take a look at the schedules, which is the evening session.

Moto3: Jack Miller, on the road to the title

After several races without being able to win, in the last one, held in Germany, Jack Miller The highest drawer on the podium was found again. Despite several races in which he was not so strong, the Australian reaches this second part of the season as leader with 142 points.

You will have to be careful with one of the pilots who is having the most progress this year, which is the Spanish Alex Marquez. Marc's little brother has been achieving great results that now place him in second position in the general classification with 123 points. In third position is another of ours, Efren Vazquez that despite having one of his best seasons, he is not being the most regular, and his dance of positions is quite frequent. The Basque, who will work to improve that continuity, adds 112 points.

Moto2: The domain of Marc VDS Racing

Of the nine races held so far, only three have been for riders from a team other than the Marc VDS Racing. And is that Tito Rabat and Mika Kallio seem to have absolutely dominated the intermediate category. The Spanish is the leader of Moto2 adding a total of 170 points.

Mika Kallio for his part, he is the second classified, just 19 points behind his partner, with 151 points. Of course, with another Spaniard stalking his position: Maverick Viñales. Sito Pons's pupil is making a good debut in the category and, in addition to being one of the drivers who has managed to win a race this year (at the Circuit of the Americas) he adds 120 points.

There is no doubt that this second part of the championship will be very tight and everything can happen having several pilots like Thomas Luthi or Dominique Aegerter who have us used to fighting for the top positions and who, as happened on other occasions, can be decisive when deciding the title.

MotoGP: Marc Márquez for his tenth consecutive victory

No doubt everyone is wanting to see if Marc Márquez he continues to break records and yes, therefore, he will be able to achieve his tenth victory in a row. Obviously, having won all the races, he is the undisputed leader of the premier class and has a total of 225 points. The one who comes closest to him, and is 77 points away, is his teammate Dani pedrosa, which has 148.

In third position of the general classification is Valentino rossi, for which some did not give a hard this year, with 141. The Yamaha rider has five second places and six podiums this year, beating his teammate Jorge Lorenzo. The Mallorcan, who only has 97 points and is fifth overall, is having one of his worst seasons and has only been on the podium three times.

And if there is only one name in MotoGP, in the Open category there is only one other: Aleix Espargaró. The Catalan is leaving this year with the NGM Mobile Forward Racing motorcycle and adds a total of 77 points, occupying the sixth position in the general classification of the world championship.
