Scott Redding satisfied in the test with Ducati

Scott redding tested for two days the latest evolution of the Ducati Desmosedici GP12 on the Mugello circuit. It swelled around, 157, and in the end got rolling below 1'50 " that they had set as a goal at the beginning of the tests.

As we can read in the statements of the English pilot, what surprised him the most was the speed at the end of the straight and that the bike got up from the front on the slope before starting the descent that precedes braking. The gossips say that Redding did not want to see the speed reached on the telemetry so as not to panic.

During the two days, he rolled with hard tires using Valentino Rossi settings. Above all, he comments that driving a MotoGP is physically much harder than Moto2 and at the end of the tests I was completely exhausted.

It is also noteworthy that you comment that as soon as it fell from 1'50”it began to have problems sensitivity in the front wheel, the same problems that both Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden claim to have.

Filippo Preziosi ended up very satisfied with Scott Redding's performance at the end of the tests. Will we see it next year on a Ducati? You have the complete interview in the link.
