As I already mentioned in the post about the new Suzuki GSX-R 125, the engineer in charge of the design of the small sports car from Hamamatsu is also in charge of putting on the street a version of the already known Suzuki GSR, keeping the name but reducing the displacement. If nothing happens at the beginning of 2010, the Suzuki gsr 250, and it is very likely that it will eventually reach Europe.
Regarding the characteristics, nothing is known except that the engine is a 250 cc two-cylinder and that it will be around the 30 hp, three less than those given by the Kawasaki Ninja 250, but very much in line with the new A2 card that will come into force in our country at the end of this year. The engine will be DOHC and will have electronic injection. The dashboard will be of the digital LCD type, as in its older sisters.
The line follows the one already known in the GSR 600, although they insist on saying that this new GSR 250 is inspired by the Suzuki b-king. I do not just see the resemblance anywhere, but if they say so, they will have to be believed. If you want to see the images at a higher resolution, click on them.
